This Dunkin Donuts is one of the FEW that get it right every. single. time. If you are any thing like me, you frequent Dunkin for their delicious coffee treats. I tend to go to the one on Gulf Boulevard in Port Richey because they are the one closest to the doctors office I have to go to a few times a week. I HATE going to that one for a few reasons. One, they never, ever get the order right. Two...and this is a big one for me: often I see them handling the food without gloves on. As a retired nurse, this is a HUGE peeve me for me as most gastrointestinal illnesses as well as the flu are passed on through germs on the hands. I have complained to the manager over there at least six times about this and he doesn't really seem to care very much. However, the DD on 54 is right around the corner from my house and it is clean, bright, and the ladies there ALWAYS get the order right and best of all? THEY WEAR GLOVES without being told to. It may seem like a small gripe, but if you have a propensity for getting ill pretty easily, wearing gloves while having your food made is an enormous deal. The food is always fresh. Never received a stale bagel yet. As a displaced New Yorker, I have found that Dunkin is one of the few places you can get a decent bagel so I appreciate how fresh they are and usually, warm. I like this DD very much and very pleased that it is so close to home.

I just stopped by here for the coffee. I'm not a donut kinda guy. It is better than most coffee that one could expect from a chain, fast food kinda location, like this. The employee at the window was just lovely. Very pleasant and helpful. The price isn't terrible either. I'm not sure about the quality of the ingredients, but one gets what one gets in this situation. I'll say this one last bit, though; they do very well with trying to make the coffee as you like it. I had no difficulty getting requests for specific conditions through to her.

Awful. I am done going to this location, as they just cannot get it together. There are so many things wrong here: 1. The drive thru takes FOREVER! More than once I've gone through and only ordered an iced coffee, and I have had to wait 10 minutes even though I was the only customer 2. There is an overwhelming stench that comes through the drive thru window. The best way to describe it is like moldy plastic. It smells toxic 3. On the rare occasion that I have ordered food, I could taste the freezer burn on the food 4. The majority of the staff has ZERO customer service skills (there is one guy there that is good but the rest are terrible) 5. The last 2 coffees I've ordered have tasted off & gross I don't know what the issue is, but I'm over it. I will gladly drive further to go somewhere else from now on.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin' Donuts in Pasco County I have been there twice in the past month ordered jelly stick no jelly inside of them tried to call business for four hours and they apparently leave the phone off the hook - Stale bagels too. Get it together !!!

Have never had my order be correct. And they never have sesame bagels. Take the extra few minutes and go to the Dunkin a little further down 54. This one is horrible!! And it doesn't matter if you complain, they won't make any changes. I gave them one more shot today. But that was the last one!

Went into this DD one night for an ice coffee. As I placed my order the gentleman started to make it for me. When I took a sip from it I thought it tasted funny. Comes to be the kid that was making the coffee used ice tea in stead of coffee. When I asked him about it he said "my bad that's not the first time I've done that". So if I was you I would stay clear of this place

Glad this opened! It's more on my way than the DnD on Little Rd. Got a great breakfast sandwich & coffee :)
